VPS for Gamers Forum

I have to start looking for a good VPS for my Gamers Forum because we are currently outgrowing the shared hosting environment and Database errors are happening every other day and that means the shared server isn’t able to handle so many sites.
Hopefully i can find a good one by my spring break which starts at the beginning of March. No going to parties with friends for me then.
